Child Care Fees
As of January 2005
6 weeks to 2 years
$150.00 a week OR $30.00 a day
2 year to 3 years
$140.00 a week OR $28.00 a day
3 years to 5 years
$130.00 a week OR $2614.00 a day
All charges are based on a 10 hour day.
Deposit:
I require one (1) week's fee as a deposit.
The deposit will be used as last week's fee if
2 weeks written notice is given for termination of care
Drop In Care: (less than 4 hours)
$7.00 an hour PER child
Drop In Care: (over 4 hours)
Regular daily fee
Evening & Weekend sitting: (with prior arrangements)
$7.00 an hour PER child
Overtime Fee: (with 24 hour notice)
$5.00 an hour PER child
Care for over 10 hours of care:
$10.00 per day, per child (max. 12 hours)
~Payment can be made by cash, check or money order.
~Payments will be due by drop off time on the last day of care for each week. A quarterly statement will be given as receipt of payment. If you'd like a weekly written receipt, please ask and I will gladly supply you with one.
~There will be a $25.00 late charge fee for payment not received by the close of business on Friday.
~Childcare fees will be charged based on cotracted hours INCLUDING missed days due to illness, holidays, and vacations REGARDLESS of part-time or full-time status. This is my source of income, so I will need to charge whether or not your child is here. I will not charge for days I take off due to illness and vacations.
